What we do
We source and roast coffees we believe in—tracing lots to farms, estates, and cooperatives whenever we can. When a cup speaks to us, we want to know who grew the cherries, who processed them, and how the lot was cared for from harvest to bag.
We travel and cup throughout the year—deepening relationships with producers we already work with and discovering new microlots for the bar and our online shop. On those visits we listen to farmers and cooperative members about the coffees they grow and the challenges they face.
Where mutual trust exists, quality, volume, and price can be discussed openly. That is how we think about sustainable, fair partnerships—and how we build a menu you can return to with confidence, whether you brew espresso at home or filter for friends.
